The Sazarac (in 12 seconds)

  • 1/4 oz Asbinthe
  • 3 oz Rye
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • Barspoon of sugar

Rince a rocks glass with the Absinthe, chill the rye and bitters, add a spoon of sugar.
Stir, strain and garnish with a Lemon Zest
