The Pisco Sour (in 12 seconds)

• 1 eggwhite
• 2 oz Pisco
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Emulsify the eggwhite, add the rest of the ingredients, shake, strain and granish with Angostura Bitters
